Carol Gilbert just called this morning and reported that they have received notice that the oral argument in the appeal case of Srs Ardeth Platte, Carol Gilbert and Jackie Hudson is set for October 1 before a 3 judge panel at the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver.  She will not be present and does not believe that any of the defendants will be. There will be 15 minutes of oral argument split among the 3 lawyers handling the case.  It is believed that this is a firm date, but one never knows for sure when it comes to court dates.  Carol was upbeat and sends her greetings to all.  More later.
