Stop the Cassini Fly-by

The Cassini space probe with 72.3lbs (32.8kg) of plutonium on board will come hurtling towards Earth at 42,000mph on 18th August 1999. NASA plans for it to pass 700 miles above Earth, but in the event of an accident it could crash into the atmosphere, burn up and disperse deadly plutonium over the world's population.
